Making them green with envy! Eva Longoria looks elegant as she shows off her incredible figure in an emerald dress

She was earlier in the day looking like a dream in cream.
But after promoting some potato chips in her neutral outfit, Eva Longoria emerged in some eye-popping colour.
The 37-year-old looked elegant, showing off her incredible figure in an emerald wrap-around dress as she braved the rain in New York.

The diminutive star paired the ensemble with a pair of nude-coloured stappy sandals.
Letting her bold dress do all of the talking, the Desperate Housewives star wore minimal accessories and had her hair pulled back in a ponytail.

The TV star was accompanied by several members of her entourage, who dutifully held an umbrella over her head to protect her from the rainy conditions.
Earlier in the day, Eva again put her fashionable foot forward to promote a contest to create a new flavour of Lay's potato chips.
Wearing a white silk romper, a white tuxedo-style blazer and the same strappy sandals, she posed with a variety of crisps at the Lays pop-up store in Manhattan's Times Square.

The actress was helping to launch a contest to create a new flavour for the Lay's brand at the pop-up store where consumers can sample up to 20 existing flavors of potato chips.
'To me, the best part about the contest is that you don't have to be a foodie, chef or flavor expert to enter,' explained Longoria. 'You just have to trust your taste buds.'
In addition to acting, Longoria is also author of the cookbook Eva's Kitchen and the owner of Beso, a Latin style Steakhouse with outposts in Hollywood and Las Vegas.

Newly single Longoria is currently producing a reality show Ready for Love, which sees a team of professionals pair people with their perfect partners.
Eva felt inspired to work on the TV show because she enjoys bringing different people together.
'I'm a pretty good matchmaker, I love pairing people up, even if it's not romantic.'
'I am like, "You guys would be great friends," or "You guys would be great business partners," or "You guys should get to know each other." I try to connect a lot of people,' she said.
