But Lady Gaga made sure to save the best until last when it comes to her wonderfully wacky choice of ensembles.
Checking out of the exclusive Dorchester Hotel this afternoon after completing the London leg of her Born This Way tour, the 26-year-old singer reached a new height of madness with a fabulously flamboyant headpiece.

The
hot pink turban-style hat featured swathes of clashing material and a
gold crown at the front, with magenta feathers adding inches to the
star's height. And despite being a New Yorker through and through, Mother Monster showed her patriotism to the UK with a large diamante Union Jack patch adorning the back of the headpiece.
But in true Gaga style, even that had a touch of the wacky, with the swathes of billowing material giving the impression the garment had been lifted straight off the set of a period drama.

But the gown wasn't without its hazards, and Gaga almost took a tumble as she made her way to her waiting vehicle.
And it would seem her eccentric fashion sense rubs off on her pals, with one of her assistants spotted leaving the hotel wearing a super-short white jumpsuit with fur-trimmed cuffs and towering nude platform heels.
Gaga teamed the dress, which featured a corseted top which struggled to contain her ample cleavage, with a net turban-style headpiece, satin gloves and sky-high cream heels.
The singer's night out came after a spellbinding performance of her Born This Way Ball at Twickenham Stadium on Saturday night.
Very Important Pooch: Lady Gaga's canine companion was carried out of the hotel in a Louis Vuitton bag
In
her first live performance in the UK since December 2010, Gaga belted
out her most famous tracks to a crowd of around 55,000 people. The singer also unveiled a new track in tribute to the late Princess Diana, called Princess D.I.E.
Before playing the track in tribute to Diana, who died in a car crash in Paris in 1997, Gaga told the crowd: 'Since I was a very young girl, the people's Princess was the most important person in me and my mother's life.
'I swore if I ever had an audience like this in London I would take a moment to appreciate her.
'This song is called Princess Di - D-I-E... I predict controversy, but I don't care... Let's take a moment to appreciate her presence and what she means.'
