TRY THIS: The ‘mountain climber’ exercise is a good way to tone legs and buttocks.
Start in a press up position, with legs stretched out behind you, toes pointing towards the floor.
Your hands should be placed slightly ahead of your shoulders with fingers facing forward.
Now take your left foot off the ground and bring up towards your chest.
Keep your right leg straight.
Keeping your abdominals strong, jump to switch leg positions, bringing the right foot to your chest.
Repeat eight to ten times.
