She may be on a quest to lose her baby weight, but Hilary Duff is the poster girl when it comes to 'normal women'.
The Lizzie McGuire star has maintained her feminine form despite carving out a career in Tinseltown.
Today, the mother-of-one was ever the fashionista in bright red skinny jeans and a plain white T-shirt so as not to detract from her accessories.

The Texan native complemented the look with giant shades, nail polish to match her denims and a quirky studded handbag.
She also carried a playful pink tassel keyring and a funky multi-coloured iPhone holder.

 

Giving her petite 5ft 1in frame an additional boost, the 24-year-old tottered along on black heels instead of running errands in more practical trainers.
Hilary was enjoying an afternoon off from motherhood, heading for Switch boutique in Beverly Hills without little Luca in tow.

Having given birth in March, the Disney princess is on a mission to regain her pre-pregnancy body.
She has spoken of her decision to shift the excess pounds at her own pace, rather than that set by Hollywood bosses.
Last week, Hilary was feeling blue at calorie-cutting, tweeting: 'Ordering salad dressing on the side depresses me. I know it's the right thing to do but honestly.. Isn't it just depressing?!'
She recently told In Touch magazine: 'I'm not perfect, but I feel fantastic. This is how it goes for most women - the weight doesn't fall off overnight.'
Hilary added: 'I don't care what people say. I'm not back to where I want to be, but I'm not stressing it.'
