Fashionable friends Hilary Swank and Zoe Saldana join forces with Jada Pinkett Smith and Willow for star-studded turn at Michael Kors show

During awards season it is the perfect time for Hollywood's elite to catch up outside of work hours.
And A-listers Hilary Swank, Zoe Saldana and Jada Pinkett Smith did just that at the Michael Kors Fall 2013 show at New York Fashion Week on Wednesday.
After attending both the Narciso Rodriquez and the Vera Wang shows that day before, Collateral star Jada showed no signs of fatigue as she sat front row with the two fellow actresses and her daughter Willow Smith.

The 41-year-old stood out from the crowd in a bright green snakeskin leather jacket.
She let the jacket do all the talking as she slipped on a pair of sky-high patent Mary-Janes and carried a matching leather clutch.
Meanwhile, her daughter Willow dressed in a pair of edgy leather trousers, sparkly gold top and white studded motorcycle jacket.

Bold stripes: The Million Dollar Baby star looked elegant in a multi-coloured striped shift dress, which hugged her figure perfectly

The fashion forward 12-year-old had a pair of black high-top sneakers on her feet and once again had her hair in a spiky style.
Meanwhile, Hilary and Zoe opted for more softer styles.

She accessorised with minimalist accessories, including a white clutch and black and perspex heels.
Zoe was pretty in pink in a long-sleeve body-con dress paired with a matching pink snakeskin clutch and black gladiator heels.
The four females chatted away and appeared to be getting along famously as they took their seats at the show.

Hilary was also seated next to actor Michael Douglas and was spotted in an in depth conversation with the star.
Following the show, in which Kors showed off his edgy collection in bold hues, mother and daughter duo Jada and Willow posed with the famous designer.
Jada has been a regular fixture at New York Fashion week so far.
While her husband may be living it up in Rio de Janeiro, she has been making her own strides back in New York.

On Tuesday, the actress attended the Vera Wang presentation in a pink pleated dress paired with python platform sandals.
Jada was joined by a host of stars on the front row, including John Legend, his fianceé Chrissy Teigen, Rachel Roy, Olivia Palermo and Anna Wintour.
The actress was still once again a stand-out in the crowd, thanks in large part to her eccentric choice of footwear.
The Christian Louboutin Zoulou Python Strappy Platform Sandals were the centrepiece of her ensemble, with six-inch calf hair heels that retails for an eye-popping $2,095.

Jada also sported a unique pedicure. Her nails were painted black with white hearts and other designs drawn on.
While parts of the sole were dyed pink, the shoes clashed with the lightness of her Christopher Kane pleated dress.
The star was in love with her footwear, however.
She logged onto Facebook earlier in the day to post her own snap of her red soles.
'Fashion week footwear... LOVE! PERIOD!' she wrote.
Regardless of sartorial opinion, the star looked gorgeous as usual.

Jada spoke to New York Magazine's The Cut from the front row about her personal style - and how it differs drastically from her husband and their children.
'Oh, let me tell you, with Jaden and me and Willow and Will and Trey? We are all over this city. It takes forever,' she mused about the family's shopping sprees.
'There's the flea markets, because that's where Willow is loving to shop right now. Jaden is designing his own stuff but he's really high fashion, he loves Gucci and Louis Vuitton.
'I can go anywhere, from rock to high glam, depending on what I'm in the mood for. Will is probably the most consistent. He likes it cool and relaxed,' she revealed, laughing, 'But yes, wow, it can be a long day.'
