Hart of Dixie's Jaime King steals spotlight from rival bright young things in a bra top

A host of bright young things turned out for a TV event in New York today, but Jaime King found a way to get noticed.
The actress, who plays Lemon Breeland in Hart of Dixie, took an up front approach to fashion for The CW’s Upfront presentation.

The 33-year-old, who was promoting the second series of her show, stepped out in a daring monochrome strapless bra top.

She offset the look with a high-waist print skirt which fell below the knees.
The lemon-coloured item with floral print was matched by a Jenny Fisher cuff on her right arm and complemented by see-through Giuseppe Zanotti peep toe high heels.
Eager not to completely outdo her co-star Rachel Bilson, King covered up her Proenza Schouler outfit with a black Rag & Bone blazer and carrying a white clutch bag to pose alongside her.
Bilson, 30, who plays her rival Dr. Zoe Hart on the programme, looked demure in a Chanel frock.
Both ladies were there to bring attention to their drama which is moving to a new night for the network’s 2012-13 fall season in October.
Jaime wasn’t the only woman flashing the flesh at the event.
Vampires Diaries star Kat Graham drew plenty of stares in a maxi skirt which zip fastened into a split to allow most of her left thigh to break free of her outfit.
Her co-star Nina Dobrev, left much more to the imagination in a full sleeve form-fitting champagne colour dress which fell below the need.
The brunette donned a red pout to match her towering shoes.
Nikita actress Maggie Q donned a similar hue, belting up her loose design to create curves on her petite frame.

Her co-star Shane West, who plays Michael in the show, just couldn't compete with the females in his blue shirt plus grey trousers and tie.
It looked like 90210 girl Shanae Grimes didn’t give Jessica Lowndes and Jessica Stroup the colour memo.
Whereas Grimes arrived in plain monochrome attire of a silk shirt, blazer and shorts, both other stars of the teenage drama popped in their styles.

Plain Jane: Shanae Grimes kept it simple in black and white

Lowndes boasted orange nails and blue footwear while Stroup came alive by wearing a pink and orange graduated hemline dress with printed shoes plus bracelets and a necklace which featured neon.
The Carrie Diaries actress AnnaSophia Robb showed she has what it takes to play the young Carrie Bradshaw in the Sex and the City prequel.
She looked cute yet stylish in a large floral print frock which she teamed with black and gold strappy shoes.
